Michaël Houdoux


Michael made his debut in a short films association in which he directed his first films. Then, after graduating a school of cinema (ESEC), he switches to the production of documentaries, and lives for television.

Freelance since 2006, he subsequently collaborates with different productions. And in particular with the German channel RTL for a film on the status of women in Afghanistan which receives in 2006 the “Prize of the best image in a documentary“. This film was also broadcast on Canal + the following year.

He also worked on the production and as AD of two films around the creator Karl Lagerfeld, including a 4-hour film aired on Vox in 2014.

In parallel, he realizes subjects for different cable magazines and various institutional partners in Paris and the Bordeaux area on themes such as travel, lifestyle, design, environment. Among his most recent works, he has staged talks with experts from the world of wine for the “Cité du Vin” which has recently opened in Bordeaux.
